We are a preferred direct purchaser of opportunity cheese from many of the nation's largest and mid-sized cheese manufacturers, as well as a trusted supplier, salvager, and re-packer for leading U.S. food processors. With two dedicated production facilities in Wisconsin and substantial in-house inventory, we can process, customize, and ship most orders to our customers' specifications within one week to destinations throughout the United States.
